Motion for a change to P&P: Changes to reflect Covering Letter Requirements for RFC

Description:

Update Section 4.3 (RFC) to replace the outdated and too-specific reference to the IPR requirements with a reference to the current IPR with permalink (ABPSC-66). This is to become new P&P Version 4.1, document number pp/26-08-01.

Approve new Template for RFC Covering letters (document omg/26-08-01)
