AGENDA

The items below are initial placeholders. Subject to change (including changing the day of the meeting, or meeting later in the day, or splitting the meeting between several days) if we have key participants who will be calling in from California, because of the time difference.

Potential topics, with some timings:
  • Update on the SBRM FTF work
  • Update on the schedule for the SMI submissions – including planning a motion to reset the submission dates if needed
  • Update or discussion on the issue of metamodel integration (Pete Rivett et al.)
  • Update from Donald Chapin on fixing the SBVR toolchain, which is holding up the ability to generate the SBVR 1.6 revision
  • Possibly get an update on the progress of the ADM TF RFI on business architecture / IT architecture (Jason Smith?)
  • Discuss a potential RFI (at minimum) on business requirements – the topic raised multiple times by Fred Cummins, but without any concrete action so far
  • An update on DMN 1.7, if someone is available to report.
  • Possibly join the Financial Services DTF when they discuss their semantic data tagging effort (this may happen in the morning or the next day -- stay tuned)
14:30-15:00 BACM 1.2 RTF progress update -- Jim Rhyne (Thematix Partners)

15:00-16:15 Extended afternoon break (due to a conflict for the DTF chair with a joint AI/SysEng session)

16:15-17:00  "Extending BPMN to cover the interaction with agents" -- Jordi Cabot (Luxembourg Institute of Science & Technology), José Luis Cánovas Izquierdo (Open U. of Catalonia), Adem Ait (U. of Luxembourg)

17:00-17:15  Wrap-up, discuss next actions and Q4 meeting schedule

Please submit any additional suggestions to [email protected]. Please indicate what days and times you are available, whether in person or remotely, to help us plan.
