Important Notice on Hotel Bookings
ATTENTION: We were recently made aware by the hotel that the night of Monday, September 9th is sold out inventory in our room block at the moment. All other nights are available to book. The hotel is not officially sold out but there is another group in house that is holding the remainder of the hotel rooms with a release date of August 21st. Once they release some inventory, the hotel is expected to add nights back into our block.
The best thing to do today is to book as many consecutive nights as you possible so you secure the rest of your reservation. And then on the 21st we will know what we have available, so those that need the Monday night as well, we can have that night added to the existing reservation. Please email [email protected] with the confirmation number so that we can keep track.
If you were planning to arrive on Saturday for example, please book that as a single night reservation, and then book a 2nd reservation for Tuesday night through the remainder of your stay. Then send both confirmations to [email protected].
